Seorang perempuan berusia 16 tahun ditangkap Polres Timor Tengah Selatan (TTS), Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) karena diduga membunuh seorang pria berinisial NB (48).
Sebelumnya, mayat NB yang diketahui merupakan warga Kecamatan Kualin, Kabupaten TTS ditemukan tewas di sebuah hutan pada Kamis.
Polisis pun melakukan penyelidikan terkait penemuan mayat NB tersebut, dan mencurigai perempuan yang masih di bawah umur itu.
Berdasarkan keterangan dari pihak keluarga, mereka mencurigai anak di bawah umur tersebut sebagai pelaku pembunuhan terhadap NB.
Kasatreskrim Polres TTS, Iptu Hendrickha Bahtera menyebut bahwa mereka mengamankan satu orang perempuan di bawah umur yang sesuai dengan hasil penyelidikan polisi.
Berdasarkan keterangan dari anak perempuan tersebut, terungkap bahwa pelaku terpaksa membunuh NB karena NB memaksa pelaku untuk berhubungan intim, saat bertemu di hutan untuk mencari kayu bakar.
Karena menolak untuk berhubungan intim, NB pun memukul dan memaksa anak perempuan tersebut. Pelaku pun membunuhnya dan meninggalkan mayat korban itu di hutan.
Anak perempuan tersebut pun digiring Tim Buser ke Mapolres TTS untuk dilakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut.
Akibat kejadian tersebut, anak perempuan di bawah umur itu pun dijerat Pasal 340 KUHP sub Pasal 338 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman penjara maksimal seumur hidup dan minimal 25 tahun penjara. Sumber: indozone.id
